Play therapy can help with all these issues and more, because play is a child’s natural way of communicating play therapy is one of the best ways for children to communicate some of the issues they are having.

Play Therapy is a Non-Directive model which means that the child lead and the therapist follows. There are usually only three rules : Me Safe You Safe everything Safe. These boundaries are usually enough to allow the child to feel safe and to start to explore.
